Consultation
Complimentary consultation includes initial discussion regarding motivation and vision and ensures a good fit between coach and client.
Recurring Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length and are recommended to follow a consistent bi-weekly schedule. Also included are weekly text or call check-ins, session follow up summaries, and specific suggestions of additional reading, recipes, apps, etc. A 6-month program commitment is recommended based on time required to make lasting changes, but additional options are available.

Diet, Nutrition, Physical Activity
There are so many theories and programs and expert opinions on what to eat and how to move to have the biggest impact on your health. But it doesn’t have to be confusing or complicated to consistently make better choices and establish a sustainable foundation.
Mindfulness and Spirituality
Once considered just another wellness fad, mindfulness or simply the practice of purposely paying attention to the present moment, has been proven to have both physical and mental health benefits. We will explore this further and find where counteracting stress can best serve you.
Brain Health and Sleep Hygiene
Once a badge of honor to get by with minimal sleep, our phones and watches now are reminding us to go to bed as the data supporting good sleep habits continues to grow. Sleep is one of many elements tied to brain health, along with food, nutrition and meditation.
Cooking at Home
Often just not knowing what to make or how to prepare it can be a big stumbling block resulting in poor choices that don’t leave you satisfied or energized. Through review of your meal and snack choices and sharing of simple tips and recipes, I will help making cooking at home something you enjoy.
Purpose
Purpose is a known predictor of overall wellbeing and serves as our guide to choices that we make. Purpose is often the reason why we jump out of bed in the morning or put the pillow over our heads. I will work with you to ensure that your purpose, principles and values guide you and fuel your happiness.
